Manchester’s Vintage Finds

With a friend at the end of our 19-day Europe journey waiting to be our guide in Manchester, our last stop proved to be a perfect finish. After our train pulled into Piccadilly Station, we rolled our luggages over to Ibis Hotel on Princess Street — a short 10 minute walk under the sun, last seen in Paris. Then, it was time for brunch. The amazing Genia made special reservations for us at Richmond Tea Rooms, a traditional English style tea room with a Tim Burton inspired interior. We had the best seats in the house. The glasshouse. But what I loved most was this building, which held a mish-mash of lifestyle goods. (Pretty much like the old Heeren on Orchard Road.)
