On Monday, Malcolm & Vanessa kindly invited us over to cook in the “Malclaboratory: Where the magic happens”, complete with a spanking new grill! If you followed me on Instagram, you would have probably known that the four of us cooked up a storm that evening. (Well I mainly watched, learned, snapped and tried my best not to get in the way.) That storm looked, smelt and tasted pretty damn good. It’s always more fulfilling when you’re the chef even if the food’s not Michelin Star material.
